Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy, also known as physical therapy, is a healthcare profession that aims to help individuals recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries and improve their overall physical function and well-being. Physiotherapy addresses the problems that limit somebody's movement or functional activities in their daily lives. This could be pain from a recent or old injury or stiffness from a chronic injury. Physiotherapy can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, chronic conditions such as arthritis, whiplash injuries, soft tissue injuries such as tendonitis, sprains and strains, joint pain or nerve pain such as a pinched nerve or sciatic pain. We use a variety of techniques to help with your pain such as Shockwave Therapy, hands on therapy where we work on the muscles and joints, acupuncture or IMS, exercise therapy and electrotherapy.
